Important Information at a Glance
Here you'll find a clear summary of all the important information regarding registration, travel, the program, and your stay.
The RTG Summit will take place October 9–10, 2026.
The RTG Summit is aimed at active travel agency employees.
Apprentices are also welcome.
There is no accompanying program. Minors (children) are not permitted.

1. Select a ticket
- Visit the official RTG Summit website.
- Click the "Get Your Ticket Now" button on the website's home page
- You will be automatically redirected to myTicketshop.
- Select the ticket you want there.
2. Important Information About Booking
- Only one ticket may be purchased per booking.
- If there are multiple participants, the booking process must be completed individually and one after the other.
- However, it is sufficient for one person per company or office to register with myTicketshop.
- Using this customer account, you can then make several bookings in a row—including for coworkers.
3. Customer Account
- First, the data for the customer account at myTicketshop is retrieved.
4. Complete the payment
- Select one of the available payment methods.
- Complete the payment to confirm your reservation.
- You can then proceed directly to make another reservation for additional guests.
5. Participant Information
- Participant information can be easily entered using the link in the confirmation email or directly in your customer account.
- You'll also receive a reminder via email.
- Please make sure that the participant's email address is entered correctly. The admission ticket, name tag, and login information for the event app will be sent to this address later.
6. Receive your ticket and name tag
- Once your booking is complete, you'll first receive a confirmation email that includes an invoice.
- Shortly before the event, participants will receive an email containing an A4 document with their name tag and scan code.
- Please print this document
- Fold twice
- Once there, it can simply be placed in the provided sleeves with lanyards.
7. Book additional tickets
- For each additional person:
- Restart the booking process
- Book a single ticket
Ticket Requirement: All visitors must purchase a ticket through My-Ticket.shop
- €69 ticket (ticket value: €299)
including Reisesommer - Plus individual travel and lodging expenses
Ticket payment: directly through My-Ticket.shop
Cancellation / Ticket Protection
- No free cancellation after payment
- Name changes are possible upon request via event@rtk-deutschland.de
- Ticket Protection: Can be enabled as an option at the time of purchase
Yes, in that case, your reservation is confirmed. However, RTG reserves the right to verify the registered individuals based on the information provided above and will notify you if the reservation is canceled and refunded.
This exam will take place approximately two weeks after the registration deadline.
As a general rule, two registrations are allowed per office.
Tickets must be purchased separately, providing the office information and QTA number or the details of each individual ticket holder for each ticket.

Bookings are made on an individual basis, tailored to your specific preferences and budget.
Accommodation costs are not included in the ticket price.

Yes, the travel fair is an integral part of the event and will take place on October 10 as part of Reisesommer.
Come as you like—anything that makes you feel comfortable is allowed.
