Important Information at a Glance

What is the Reisesommer app?

The Reisesommer APP is your companion for Reisesommer 2026. 

Features: 

  • Current Program, Speakers, Partners, and Booths 
  • Networking: List of Participants, Chat, Personal Business Card 
  • Contest on October 10 with great prizes 

Here’s how: 

  1. Download the app:
    • Apple App Store (iOS): Link 
    • Google Play Store (Android): Link 
    • QR Code: available in communications for Reisesommer 
  1. Participant access:
    • The password for the participant list and chat will be emailed to all ticket buyers. 
    • Personal business cards can be edited. content
How does the ticketing process and admission work?

Ticket Requirement: All visitors must purchase a ticket through My-Ticket.shop

Check-in on October 10: Ticket (on your phone or on paper) is scanned → event wristband 

Badges and name tag holders are available at a separate booth. Your name tag will be sent to you by email, and it’s best to print it out and bring it with you. However, you may also use your own name tag, as admission will be verified using your event wristband. 

YOUNG COMMUNITY: You must purchase your own tickets through My-Ticket.shop and use the designated check-in area (the program begins at 9:30 a.m. in the Turbinenhalle)  

Visitors who previously attended the RTK Dialogtage or the RTG Summit do not need a second ticket. Reisesommer is already included in the ticket for those events, and the event wristband from the other event is also valid on Saturday.

Ticketing Process: 

  • After Purchase: Entering visitor information/ticket holder information for the personalized app 
  • Data export & login credentials scheduled for the following dates: September 1, September 15, October 1, October 9  
  • Personalized tickets are required to use the app. 

Important: Personalized tickets must contain all necessary information before they are printed. Once the information or badge has been sent, it is no longer possible to change the name.

How do I get there?



Location: Hall 45, Mainz. Public transportation recommended: Mainz Central Station → direct connection. Parking: Parking Lot 1 on Schützenweg, free of charge 

DB Event Offer:

Is there a dress code?

Come as you like—anything that makes you feel comfortable is allowed.

What are the terms and conditions for participation?
  • For all tourism professionals, travel agency employees, tour operators, and apprentices interested in the industry 
  • Must be of legal age 
  • Ticket payment: directly through My-Ticket.shop 
Can I cancel my ticket? Is there ticket protection?
  • No free cancellation after booking 
  • Name changes can be made via Reisesommer@q-t-a.de (until the tickets are sent; after that, only upon request)  
  • Ticket Protection: Can be enabled as an option at the time of purchase and is recommended.

Registration fees:
The ticket price includes an all-inclusive package for food and drinks!

Will there be a transfer?
  • Bus transfer at the end of the event → Hall 45 → Hotels: Holiday Inn, The Niu, Me and All (in planning)
  • Capacity: 50 passengers per trip 
  • No other transfers available
